1. Where do you deliver?

Shipping Locally for now

2. Are all the items pre-order?

Only wedding favors.

3. How long is the waiting time?

For bags, pouch, wallets and perfume it will be 7 working days or lesser.

For doorgift / wedding favors, please order minimum 3 months in advance, the earlier the better, especially if huge quantity. As our items are handmade and we have quota to fill.

4. How much is the shipping cost?

SGD 4 for courier & SGD 2.20 for normal mail ( at your own risk).

5. Mode of payment? 

Pls note payment for wedding favours is strictly via Paynow or iBanking only.

6. Question on wedding favors orders?

For odd orders like 120pcs, 250pcs etc pls WhatsApp me at 94777151 (Sally)

7. When must I make payment?

Payment to be made 24 hrs from date of order. Otherwise forfeited.

8. Can i make a refund or exchange?

We regret to inform you that refunds, exchanges and order cancellation is not possible.
